Dr. Javier Tapia Guadix, Bio-Emulation的三位共同創辦者之一, 在這個團體中是導師,更是複合樹脂的最高指導教師!

他專精於牙齒結構與樹脂的光學特性研究,以及對色彩學的了解與敏銳度,為知名樹脂Essentia研發團隊的靈魂人物

在他匆匆訪台的三天時間,我們特地安排『非常精實』的兩天實作課程, 專精於前後牙的樹脂直接與間接復形,以及修復過程中所該有的知識與技巧

由於Dr. Javier對小班教學的堅持,實作課程只接受15位醫師報名,希望對樹脂美學與擬真修復有濃厚興趣朋友們別錯過了!

Dr. Javier Tapia Guadix出生於西班牙1978,在2003年畢業於European University of Madrid並於2004年擔任贗復科的助理教授,他在2005年對於電腦繪圖有濃厚興趣,成立一間公司” Juice-Dental Media Design”致力研究illustration, Animation及軟體開發,在2005年獲得第一屆Spanish College of Dentists所頒發的” Collegiate Merit Award”在2011年與Panaghiotis Bazos和Gianfrance Politano共同組成Bio-Emulation Group.他同時也是 GC Restorative Advisory Board成員之一,並且在2014年成為Journal of Clinical and Experimental Dentistry的官方reviewer 2017年更成為International Journal of Esthetic Dentistry的官方reviewer.

Dr. Javier目前在馬德里的私人診所執業,且專精在restorative dentistry及aesthetics他目前已經舉辦超過200場國內外lecture及hands-on課程,以及發表多篇有關restorative dentistry, dental photography, computers in dentistry的研究

 

Bio-Emulation近年來是一個可用來分析自然牙結構型態,並且可以用composite來擬真天然牙的概念,尤其又以penta- laminar concept來重建天然牙上動態的顏色構築

藉由分析天然牙每個階段自然演化過程的關鍵因素,讓我們有辦法利用這樣的理論基礎去做材料顏色選擇以及用簡單的技巧去達成

此課程可以學習到從bi-laminar到penta-laminar technique去提昇我們臨床上治療的成效以及令我們的患者滿意

由於在direct composite restoration要達到穩定,高品質的成果是非常technique sensitive的,藉由hands on 課程您將可以學習到理論基礎以及如何運用在實際臨床上且有高品質的治療效果。同時有別於往年,在Practical solutions這個主題,今年特別加入Indirect restoration的部份,教導大家從Bio-emulation的觀點,如何進行veneer與onlay的製作。

2.Practical solutions for direct and indirect anterior and posterior restorations
(direct vs indirect techniques for predictable anterior and posterior bonded restoration)

Direct veneer emulating nature (young or adult tooth layering)

Indirect veneer (preparation, provisional and bonding)

Indirect onlay (deep margin elevation, fiber-reinforced build-up and preparation)
Innovative amalgam replacement (stamp technique with Glass-Hybrid materials)
